Post by: goldngunz on March 06, 2008, 01:53:05 PM
Just got back from the Arnold classic, and i have to say that at the dymatize booth they had an awesome idea.  Protein cereal.  They where sampling some of the cereal and they were awesome, 25 grams of protein in one serving.

Not crazy about the ingredient list.  Whey is WAY down on the list, therefore it doesn't contain much.  They're counting the incomplete proteins from the other ingredients to arrive at that number.

Forget that.

I get the big Kashi cereal's at Costco & get about 15 servings for $7 (I usually have two servings instead of just one).

LOL! And for maybe another buck, mix some whey with your milk and pour over the cereal.

Lots of these products come out and fade fast. Labrada came out with a whole line of "baking" products and bombed.  :-\
