Why, nobody knows his circumstances.  It might be something that happened 2-3 years ago or a crime that he didnt commit but got stuck taking the sentence.  If he worked hard to do the show who cares what anyone thinks. It's nobodies business but his.  Many people go to work each day on work release ankle bracelets
