American cellular Labs has an amazing one called LIVR Xtreme. Its by far the best I've ever taken.

looks decent, a little underdosed, you could add in 3 grams of inositol a day also with little higher NAC. however, pulmonary hypertension is being raised as a concern.

cranberry juice.. if you're looking for a pill form i think gnc is now selling capped cranberry capsules.. but cranberry juice is proven to improve liver function

my mistake.. this is one of the reasons i had to change my major from a bio - science to a geo -science.  thanks for pointing that out guys, i should've known better..for some reason, i've always gotten those two organs confused.   i just know cranberry is good flushing out the kidney and for those that drink copius amounts of alcohol like myself ;)
