I was there in attendance that afternoon/evening. The ref is a friend of mine. His name is James Bruno. I actually know his brother Mike. Both are great guys. I had 5 fights at the beach brawls, 4 of them on the infamous Monday nights. Great times back then.

Anyways the guy that got slammed ended up getting drunk and got his ass handed to him later that night by a guy whose girl was insulted by him.

Last I saw of him he was crying and bleeding as two friends helped him walk away. I was laughing the whole time.

He was a true punk.

I don't know what's more hilarious, the guy getting slammed, or the other guy coming in for the kill after his opponent got slammed. Funny video.

Now, when the ref can kick your ass in front of everyone then you should definitely give retirement a thought.

I like the way the ref, after slamming the kid to the ground, just walks away as though he's playing dice.
