it was inevitable that he'd slowly return to "normal", at least for Ronnie. I used to always root for the underdogs, just to see an upset... but now I see what a rare legend Ronnie really was.

There was a pic from the expo where you could see his arm and suffice to say, he's still incredibly large and in charge.

Ronnie is still big, lets not forget he has not been in the gym since before his last Mr O contest! You stop training for year and see how big you can stay. And he's still more vascular then jay lol!

Wird man vom Stoffen blöd? Ich kann keine grossartige Änderung bei Ronnie feststellen, wenn man seine Interviews von früher mit denen von heute vergleicht.

Das Lotto zu gewinnen, heisst nicht Ruhm zu gewinnen; da ist ein Unterschied, wobei ich persoenlich das Geld lieber haette, als den Ruhm, bzw. Geld mit Ruhm.

Money is only important as long as you don't have it. But I agree, money without fame is certainly better. Just look at how messed up most celebrities are. Ronnie however doesn't seem to be too affected by his fame.

Vergleich das mal mit nem Popstar oder Schauspieler die keinen Schritt mehr machen können ohne Paparazzi und Groupies, dass die irgendwann durchdrehen müssen ist klar.

you guys who compete make me laugh with all this "i haven't been in the gym for a year, i eat 3 cans of Chef Boyardee Ravioli a day and i'm totally clean and my arms are 22 inches and i'm still 295 at 2 percent bodyfat" bullshit.

Hahaha. In all seriousness though, if HRT goes well not too much is lost. And my diet yesterday was:
8AM- Crepes with peanut butter, honey and bananas
10AM- 2 bowls frosted flakes
1PM- Steak and cheese quesodillas, 1/2 dove dark chocolate bar
4PM- Wendy's Double w/ cheese, fries
8PM- Chilis Honey Chipotle Ribs, fries and a couple pineapple margharitas
How's that sound?

Ronnie would have been training , and most likely hes been doing hrt doses, no way his body gets back to normal after 15 years of cycling, he would be just taking it a lot eaisier trying to repair the bad side after the nerve damage, he would be avoiding a lot of hardcore stuff, so the damaged discs in his back or neck can heal, theres no doubt only an injury to that area can cause all the atrophy, nerves are a bitch they take ages to heal, in a year or two he will be fully recovered, but he will also be 45, and if he retrurns to training in the same way the damage will return, he should just retire and enjoy life hes nothing to prove we all know he was better than Jay and only the injuries ended it for him. But never better than Yates :)
