you will be glad to know that yesterday i gave away atleast 40 or 50 dollars worth of protien bars i was eating on and had stocked up on becuase i have come to the conclusion that they are worthless for me achieving a ripped condition and would be put to better use by some of my local friends, i knew it was not the correct diet, in enjoyed eating them, there will be a time when im comfortably ripped and can enjoy the foods of poison in moderation, i became more aware because of the patrick swayze incident whom is a fellow fallen falcon brother who has problems with his pancreas, and processed sugars and smoking are two things to avoid for this organ and this should be a thorn of awareness to all and take second thoughts of our habits, it is time for us in this age of aquarious to go back to our roots of animal humans and realize we are one , its time to realize things have meaning

thank you my friends for the support time to lose my chest fat and body fat so i can be worthy of holding the falcon name
