Title: Cholesterol in food
Post by: Big_Tymer on March 09, 2008, 04:49:25 PM
If you look at the nutrition data for an egg, it contains around 300mg cholesterol which is like 87% of your daily value.  If you eat foods high in cholesterol like most bodybuilders do, does this negatively effect your HDL or LDL cholesterol?  Wanting to get a general opinion here, some say it does and some say it doesnt.
