Title: Iraq has a huge budget SURPLUS

Thanks to soaring oil prices, the new govt of Iraq has so much $ they don't know how to spend it all.

We're borrowing $12 bil a month to send men over there to die.

And they are bickering about what to do with all the extra fuckin money.  nice, huh?
