I don't see how they find a reason to put someone on probation for having marijuana in their car. I mean maybe if she had more then a 1/4lb or something but damn she probably just had a small amount for personal use.

Unsupervised probation is nothing, you just don't catch a case for 6 months and you are fine. It's when they drug test you for six months that you get fucked.

Possession and use of marijuana is illegal, despite the fact that it's distributed by our federal government.

Most people 'opposed' to marijuana have no idea WHY they feel that way.
