Title: Is Dexter Jackson "lazy" ?
Post by: dearth on March 15, 2008, 11:25:49 AM
Allan Donnelly of Flex magazine seems to think so.

Coincidentally Dexter works for MD.

I wouldn't say "lazy."  More like "shiftless."

Isnt anyone tired of hearing the old cliche, "yeh, ummmm I worked hard to get here and sacrificed everything "...Dexter was refreshing and funny, something the crowd needed.
Hell, it was only a few years ago that he only trained 3 times a week and never did cardio so he aint a hard worker by any means.

All drugs and baby oil

"It's just me. It is my metabolism. It is my genetics. You see, I do not get out of shape. I am different from any other bodybuilder you know. I don't do no cardio, no abs, nothing like that. I train three days a week, an hour and fifteen minutes per day."

nobody with a physique like Dexter is "lazy", if you watch his videos the man breaks his back in the gym, it's impossible to get a build like that without hard work no matter what you think of the guy.

"I am not like other bodybuilders who shoot off their mouths and come into the contest looking like shit. You are never going to see me off. I am always going to be on."... he's right. I've never heard Dex talk shit about any of the guys he competes against, and when he says something it's always the truth.

Dex is confident to the point of a little smirk.  he's probably the top Bber in the world.  Arnold is his most of the time, and O *should* be his as well.

Dex is like Flex Wheller, but more intelligent and confident.

Especially after many years you can get the same feeling if not better in the gym doing barely anything.

I remember just killing myself with squatting and deadlifting each week very heavy to failure trying to get stronger all the time with quite a few sets.

Now i can do 1 set of hacks and 1 set of leg press and the pain is so much deeper because i know how what to do. Dex is much better and smarter than Arnold, Arnold also can't handle it that the guys today are so much bigger and harder than he was. It's not humour it's insecurity.

I agree with you, but I also maintain that Arnold does not give one crap about how big these guys are. He's moved on, and if you ever want to see him totally turn his back on his public side of bb, you will if and when he can run for pres.
