I just got a bunch of Balkan's 50 mg tabs of d-bol and was wondering if it's best to eat the whole thing in the morning or break it in half and eat the rest at night? Any advice?

Half in the morning and half an hour before workout.

That works as well, just do it an hour or 2 before workout.

hey bro...for the past week i have been experimenting with dbol dosage.. imo, the best way to do it is one very large dose 2 hours before your workout, and then one very small dose before you go to bed.
also, there is some research supporting a better absorbtion of oral steroids in the presence o f fat, so i have been taking mine with three capsules of fish oil, and they seem to hit me a little bit harder because of this.

What time of the day do you train?
If you train in the morning - I would break them in half & take one half about two hours before training. I'd take the second half about ten hours later.

Right now I'm just using it as a bridge between cycles. Sometime with test and EQ. I train about 5 pm.

Their are bridges however this is not one of them a bridge is anything that does not shut you down Check out Dorian's supposed cycle their is an example of bridging or igf would be another form none the less I think its better to take in separate dosages for a more stable timing also what cand is very true hormones are fat soluble

All I can tell you is if you take it 2.5 to 3 hours before a workout it seems to make you a bit stronger. Could be the placebo effect but I do that if I have to train on the weekend. Either way you'll be fine and grow good if you eat enough. Don't forget to back it up with test c or e so you'll keep most of your gains once you stop taking the dbol.
