the thing is i was sitting in my car writting the ticket and she got out of her car,walked back to mine,and said "hurry the fuck up,i got better shit to do" so i completly inspected her car and wrote her a total of 12 citations.so she is just trying to get me in trouble for anything she can.

Normally, I do something like this....
Deadlifts
Seated rows
barbell and dumbell rows
pulldowns wide and narrow
All kinds of different angles/attachments there, sometimes I use the hammerstrength machines for back, I throw in hyperextensions from time to time.
Sometimes I'll do traps as well, sometimes I'll do traps with shoulders.
