Title: First exercise you EVER did
Post by: Moosejay on March 20, 2008, 06:12:31 PM
...upon wqalking into the gym for the first time?

Besides training at home with my vinyl set as a 12 year old, I did a few sets of seated calf raises....read alot of Zane prior to this, and he always stressed calves.

So, no...did not do bench first

How about anyone else?

First exercise I ever did was run to the gym bathroom stall and jerk off like a madman after seeing the hot MILF working at the front desk

Yeah seriously jerkin' off to MILFs does wonders for the ol' penile vascularity

And I am 44....about the age of an average MILF...and the allure is still there!
I think I am too tired for the drama of youger ones and the associated bs that comes with 'em.

The knuckle shuffle.
I was @11yrs old.  I couldn't believe what a "natural" I was at it. :)  21 years later, it's as tight as day 1.  Very much, unlike a vagina.

Reality is, there are positives and negatives, regardless of age. I have this theory- ALL WOMEN ARE NUTS! It's only the level craziness that varies.....

Made the mistake of only doing BENCH as a 14 year old and thats what grew the most for me. The realized I had to mix it up a little more than just incline and flat bench by 17 years old. LOL

Started on home equipment. A DP Gympack, don't even know what the DP stands for now. Basically a universal machine bolted to the wall in my bedroom. I new nothing at that time, worked out, didn't eat much was the most ripped I have ever been. Used to blast Rush (Moving Pictures/Subdivisions/Fly By Night) 8) during my workouts. My mom would run in when she heard me eeking out a final rep to see if I had hurt myself ;D

For me it took almost 6 years to even everything out....  They are the same size now thank God but you can see wear the tear is when im dryed out. That really sucked bro, me like a dumbass still worked out with it.. F**kin nipple turned purple and swoleout. I looked like I had some national geographic titties. :(  Should of had surgery for that.  Thats what you get for trying 315 cold with zero warmup.. Learned the hard way.... :(

Definitely curls, I remember getting a Hulk  Hogan/Hulkamania workout set for my 5-6 birthday, It had a set of 5lbs dumbbells, jump rope, Hulk song tape, and exercise chart.

I remember curling all day and listening to "I am a Real American". I remember being pissed after a few weeks that I didn't have 24" pythons :) .

The second "real" exercise I remember trying was the power clean and press in high school(9th grade). We were in aw that one of our classmates could get #135 for 2 1/2 reps.
