Why don't you make the drive up from Laguna on Monday and do a leg workout?

What exercises do you use for legs?

Squats, Leg Press, Leg Ext, Hamstrings, Lunges, sometimes I also incorporate the hammer strength for legs combined with everything.  I really love heavy squats and heavy leg press. I also do calves alone and with the leg press. I usually max around 6 45 plates per side when I do squats.

It's 585.......and I seriously doubt any surfer is doing that much weight on squats. He must have meant leg press.

No I meant squats, I can leg press like 9, 45 plates on each side.

i probably can, but it doesn't hold more than 9 or 10 per side at my gym. Blame 24 hour fitness.  Also ,,i dont want to blow out  my knees,,i dont use any wraps.

lol without a doubt, I get up to 20 45's + some change on leg press and dont get up over 405 for any reps on squats and i havent done that in quite a while im pulling the bullshit card on this one. Those pics from myspace make me think youd probably get up to around 225 for reps on squats.

ive never seen a leg press that doesnt hold at least 12 or so a side ???
