i want to change my training schedule and now split up my legs and do quads and hams seperatley. i have never done that before. i trtained quads the other day and did 16 sets. just lookin for some opinions on how many sets i should do for my hamstrings if i do them alone. thanks

I do 6 sets of SLDL and 4 sets of leg curls.
-
I do four set of stiff leg deadlifts and 3 set of curls. enough for me.
-
i do 3 exercises and 6 sets each totalling 18 sets baby high volume ! and yeah they get their own workout for that
-
4 sets SLDL, 3 sets seated curls, 2 sets lying curls one leg at a time.
3 sets glute-ham raises before the curls if I am feeling really saucy. :)
-
i hit 'em after back, 3 sets of stiffs and 3-4 sets of leg curls.
-
the problem with you guys is you dont make hams and glutes a priority in your training!
