When i finish my workout i immidiately eat solid food (turkey breast/rice).
My question is, if i want to do cardio after my workout whats best to do, eat my pwo meal and then? or cardio first and then eat (wouldn't
this affect gains or cause muscle loss....).....

Probably best to have a shake PWO rather than solid food (just due to the how quickly the body digests shakes). So have it right after training, or drink it during cardio (depending on what type opf cardio you do).

I keep downing my nitrean shakes I won on our deadlift comp here from atlargenutrition.com.. GREAT stuff and whey acts fast and that's a good thing right after a workout!

i would do cardio first, then hit up a pwo shake...then once you get home and shower, immidietly start preparing a big meal.
normally i drink 30-60 g waxy maize, 20-40 g whey. then once i get home and shower i make one carton egg beaters(50 grams protein) with one can of tuna mixed in(scrambled). also, one big bowl full o some sort of complex carbohyrate...normally oatmeal, or some kind of whole wheat cereal.
i wait two hours, then hit up a tablespoon of udo's oil, a few large chicken breasts, and how ever much veggies i want.
every two to three hours ater that i just eat as much meat and veggies as i can untill i fall asleep.

Exactly. Food or shake it doesn't matter as long as you get nutrition into your system thats all that matters.

I'm with Wes on this one. I've tried everything, and every way out there. No way is really better than another. The most important point is to just make sure you eat something within 30min or so of your workout being finished.
