if you are frying your foods in them!
accroding to udo urasmus, the worlds leading expert on fats, the better a fat is for you, the worse it becomes for you when you heat it. so if your going to use fats to cook your food in, use saturated fats like butter. it will produce less toxicity and be better for you than if you were to cook with healthy oils like olive oil and efa's.

better yet use Pam. :D

shut-up hater, some people actually care about what they put in their bodies, and how it effects their physique.
your post about cheesburgers, fries, and oreo milk shake being a great weight gainer just proves the fact that you dont know shit about nutrition.

While you've shown in my thread about the large woman looking to lose exactly what you know.
I'll sum it up your expertise below...
Did you somehow miss it? It's directly above.

Coconut oil is a saturated fat.

Coconut oil is a saturated fat.
ya its mostly lauric acid with numerous health benefits, specifically its a medium chain triglyceride that doesnt digest similar to other fats. It goes straight through the liver and aids in fat loss and immune function.
it contain caprylic acid which is anti-fungal or generally anti-microbial.
It is VERY healthy stuff. I would do all my cooking with it as it has low mutagenicity as i stated unlike olive oil. Olive oil is not really good for cooking with but is certainly good to eat.

PLEASE DISREGARD THIS THREAD AND CONTINUE TO USE OLIVE OIL.
