Guys,iv been reading 'the wisdom of mike menzter'....great book, he was a very clever man, and a true visionery.

He talks of total failure (i.e. positive,static and negative), i understand all that and was aware of that b4.
But wen he talks about routines he for example says to do flys to positive failure, then incline bench for 3-5 reps until muscular failure. Now wen he says muscular failure, does he mean total or just positive?

when you have muscular failure. you can not do anymore reps

So muscular failure is just positive failure??
