I can do better than that,i can look at my copy and read the name on the inside credits.The first pic is mike,the second cover which i posted is Shawn.

That's weird because on Musclememory.com Tim shows that he has that issues but doesn't have a name for the cover pic, it just states (bicep) for who is on the cover. You should send him a message and let him know. If you don't know his hanlde on here is Tim Fogarty.
