dude looks pretty damn good in that shot, hard to hate on that, ANYONE on this board except a couple of pros would give their left nut to look like that.

I agree. The arms looked good, the waist was good. Didn't need another lb of muscle just more contitioning and he would be a top pro. Accept for Kovacs I have never seen a physique take such a nose dive. Thanks alot Mass-tech :-\

people around here may not want to admit it but King had an absolutely CRAZY back at one time and some of the biggest delts and traps in the business.
