I wouldn't say that they aren't "normal." But they certainly aren't with what is accepted as "mainstream," that's for sure. If they live and can do so, in a world without being ostracized, then more power to them!

Didn't realize that tattooing the face was quite so common outside of cultures like Samoan people, where it's tradition or natural to do so.

as long as they don't rely on my tax money for welfare (seeing that they cannot get a regular job) then they should do whatever the fuck makes them happy.
