wandering if any of u ever do this, at th end of a bodypart workout etc.
Iv done them with DC and there awesome.

I always stretch for 5-10min before I lift and everyother day about 30-40 min after I take postworkout shake I will stretch also. It works.. my muscles better and my posture is even better.

of course...I've been slacking on them a little, I don't do the tri stretch anymore and I've been slacking on the back stretch for awhile now.. :(

Tut Tut al, lol. i have to say iv forgotten a few times to, thinking too much about what i had to do next u know.
Im having break from DC for about 8 weeks, gone more HIT style. Just for a change, if my results are as good as DC (officially 30lbs heavier in 14months with DC) il keep doing it,if not im back to what i know defo works lol.
