Thanks stella, I will... I just need to get started on the right track first. I think I'll probably start a prep thread when The Beast is done competing...in about 4 weeks or so. I still have 18 weeks till the North Americans and then another 12 weeks until Nationals. :P

Guess what I did over the weekend?
We were in the area, so we went to Naked Fish for sort of a Last Supper on Sat. night. Three raspberry mojitos, calamari, grilled salmon with plantains and asparagus, and a stop at Richardson's on the way home for a bowl of Reese's Cup and Tollhouse Cookie Ice Cream. ;D
Got up yesterday morning feeling a little rough from the mojitos LOL...I got through 10 mins of cardio and then bailed.
OK....NOW the diet is on!!!!

OMG Richardson's on 114? They have great ice cream! Have you tried their Purple Cow yet? That is for dieters, lol. :D

YEP, that's the one. I got a huge bowl of ice cream, made it through the Reese's cup part, and then pretty much felt sick from the mojitos and dinner, and I just let the ice cream sit there and melt on the way home.
Now I wish I had eaten it because it's the last ice cream I am going to see for more than 4 months. No purple cow for me...whatever it is, it doesn't sound like it's gonna be on my diet! :'(
