Title: Feeling sick
Post by: bmuscle90 on April 01, 2008, 04:06:56 PM
For the past two days now I have been throwing up at the end of diner.  I havent missed or took off any days of training in almost 2 months.  Ive been going good with eating and lifting.  I threw up today and wasn't feeling too good so I just did some concentration curls and stretched.  I hate missing days.. even when I am sick.  If I feel the same tomorrow should I just dont do anything or do maybe one exercise or just a little bit? Thanks.

REST. Let your body recover and hit it again when your 100%. I know it sucks to miss workouts, but your body is telling you to backoff and you should listen.

yeah take a week off. you been at it for 2 months, maybe you're a little sore in some muscle group or whatever, might as well use this as a break.

Of course we could all ask what you had for dinner before those hurling nights. Or if you ate too soon after working out. Just dinner? Not breakfast or lunch before barfing up the burgers?  Have a cold or starting of the flu with that sick feeling? Any stomach pain or pressure? Looking at rotten.com after eating?  So many questions, so little time. Good Luck.

At least you don't live in Korea. If you are sick, you should not train. Do you know what overtraining is?

Anyway, just rest till your better. And take a break every now and then, even if your not sick. Im going on holidays for a week on saturday. Good timing, as i was due for a break.
