hell no! i'm taking it in at even intervals all day long man...your body could give two shits when you take it. Just make sure it's quality so your body uses it to the best of it's advantage and you're not wasting alot down the tube.

i have always limited my whey shakes to post workout only. ive always felt that they digest too quickly to really be need/utilized at any other time of the day.
