Wow, he's loaded. He was pretty broke at the end of the 2000 election. Seems he got a little google stock and had a movie that did okay. Now he's one rich dude.

Big investor in oil too, that must have made him a few dollars.

you libs and your nonstop bashing of big oil

Did anyone really think he was everyman?
They would have to be effing retarded to believe he was/is anything beyond a millionaire polititian.

Wow he must have sold a lot of carbon credits to a lot of gullible idiots out there. :-\
More power to him though. He's rich. Yay for Algore.

I give him credit for balls, though. Not many people could have a mansion that pollutes enough where buying carbon credits makes sense.... yet have balls enough to 'advocate' for the environment so passionately that people buy your bullshit. In all honesty, he's a better polititian than I gave him credit for. But then again... he learned from the best. :)

Al Gore came from money. His family ran a tobacco plantation. The fmr sen. was the son of a sen. himself
He's old money, plus I'm sure his fees on the lecture circuit are quite handsome. Not to mention income from an Oscar winning doc.

that's some serious cash

Looks like the VP burried the pres without much effort...
Clintons made nearly $109M since 2000

Of course rightwing hit teams had the Clintons drowning in legal fees...
