Strike my name off the list. I train once a week for half an hour on arms if I am lucky. I keep threatening to look good next summer! The reason I am so slack is because I am on the damn internet too much.

The golden age to me was when Reeves and Grimek were competing in the 1940s. That is, before steroids.
