Ok so I bought some EAA's today, and I wanted to know what you all think of thier effectiveness and ask you what I should expect from them. I am also taking 20g of BCAA a day as well, and was planning on taking 20g of EAA's.

If youre taking eaa's, you dont need bcaa's. eaa's include bcaa's, it more then enough...

To take 20grams of BCAA's & 20grams of EAA's is a little bit of overkill.

How about 5-10 of each?

OK would this do well for me results wise..?
5g bcaa in the morning
5g bcaa and 10g eaa pre workout
5g bcaa and 10g eaa post-workout
