if your over 200lb, doing pullups as "warmup" is stupid. For example a 250lb guy doind pullups as "warmup" ( like most these pros claim) is fucking dumb, its like starting the lat pulldown machine full stack for warmup.... regardless of the strength, you shouldnt put that much stress on your rotator cuffs for "warmup".
