Pill form... has been opened but still pretty much full and kept and room temperature.

i got a couple of jars with protein that expired 6 months ago or so
still sealed though so i guess it's ok

Bad protein powder smells BAD. You'd know.
As long as it's still sealed, it should be good.
Protein bars are the worst. When they get close to or beyond their date, they taste funky. Health wise tho, I'm sure they're ok.
