hahahahhaa, two young 172 pound leviathans in the gym today training "back", they start with some sets of bodyweight chins off the loaded Smith Machine bar followed by 120 pound close grip pulldowns while screaming, "come on man, BIG BACK!!!!" in each others ears follwed by 110 pound wide grip pulldowns and then pullovers on the Nautilus Nitro machine, what a couple of animals!!!!!!!!!! ;D

no joke, i witness someone doing smith-machine good mornings with 135 about an hour ago. it was... unbelievable.

by any 'fitness' standards 172 lbs 5'8'' - 5''10'' is decent if you're lean and hopefully natural

How do you find time to workout and pay attention to Dorks in the Gym the same time Fatfather? shouldn't you be focusing on your workout more?

we can't all be the huge massively strong beasts that you are "punisher" some of us genetic underlings have to do it any way we can............any way we can. :'(
