today i saw an old fart at the gym
he was doing smith machine decline presses but his head was at the bottom and his feet pointing almost straight up to the ceiling !!!
now what do you think of that?
i give it 10 points for entertainment value myself

thats great, I love watching old guys walk in with 20 year old sweats and make up their own exercises...pure entertainment.

I have seen that EXACT same thing once!
I have also seen "jumping barbell curls", twisting bench press, singing dips, walking barbell rows etc etc...

Buddy of mine use to do the inverted legpress with the smith machine. He could unrack and rack it with work boots on.

you just gotta get creative in the gym
always confuse the body! never do the same excercise twice or you will stop growing
mix it up
