Calves are overrated. Asians and fat guys all have good ones. Kinda kills the vibe.

nothing to hate on especially given his age and if he's drug free as his brother says then even better, i believe he's drug free, no overwhelming size or weird skin color, kid looks good, could be wider though.

Thx for the Compliments fellas I still got a lot of work to do before the show but here are a few more shots from a week or so ago including a vacuum and lat spread which is probly my strongest pose bc of my width. Calves could use some work I know but I do the best with what the good Lord gave me and try to fix the rest as I go

im impressed as well. because im his brother im a little biased though. i think he has a classic look to him. reminds me of steeve reeves.
in the face, sure. he does look great in side chest, cause his upperbody is so overpoweing and he poses it well. really great for a natty.
work on how the front relaxed shot looks. maybe instead of crunching down a little, expand ur diaphragm into somewhat of a vacuum pose. could help to focus on the chest more and give u more points for being able to do a vacuum, whilst making ur waist look smaller (in most cases)

Daddywaddy is fading away slowly. I can't believe he thinks he looks good or has muscle. Could he be anorexic. Honestly he looks like shit. Skinny DOES NOT translate into healthy. Ans yes I know fat doesn't either. But all along I admit I look like shit. I have never pretended to look great like this. Him and Goodrum actually think they look good.

no drugs. neither i, nor my brother, have used any drugs.
if you look at the pics ive posted here, and also in the past, there is not any sort of drug user "look" to any of our photos. no crazy veins, not exceptionally huge or unproportional. not a bloated look, red face, etc...
I don't know about you, but your bro sure does look awesome. While you are right about the "drug user look," he also does have a lot of lean muscle for a natural guy. I WISH I could carry that much muscle natural, at that low bf level.

Great chest and ribcage...fills out well for a tall guy. Dissuade him from using the shit should he ever lean that way. He will do very well.

Well diet is pretty easy really... for the first 3 weeks I eat steak, chicken, eggs, and some fish, EAS value whey aiming for around 400g of protein
Carbs I kept around 400 mostly through whole wheat bagels, some oatmeal, and whole wheat toast
Gradually as the show gets closer I cut the carbs until Im down to around 100, then I cut the saturated fats steak first then the eggs, then the chicken, until I am only eating fish for about 2 weeks with half a cup of oats or so per day with dark green veges
the fish only thing has been a real bitch to follow cuz well I hate fish
I dunno if this is what your supposed to do or not, but its been workin ok for me so far. I tried something more extreme last year and over dieted so this year I wanted to do a less strict diet that would allow me to keep some of my size

A half of cup of oats is only 27 grams of carbs, with that and only a few cups of greens you are really low on carbs!
