Sorry but I do not think that is the original 8X8 system offered by Gironda in the '50's. Is it supposed to be or is this another tweaked version of it?

I will usually go by the  K.I.S.S. training theory...Keep It Simple Stupid.  Like 8 sets of 8 reps and that is it. Or 10 sets of 10 reps (same weight) for GVT. Good Luck.

This isn't the exact course.  The exact Vince Course has specific exercises and a very specific split.  I will see about posting the exact course.
