If Samir mr. olympia 83 Bannout at his prime competes against Ahmad Abzilla Haidar also at his prime, who in your opinion will have the edge and win?  :-\

all im saying is they are pretty damn comparable.....samir of course being ahead of his time with that back

Both competed in different decades...so itīs hard to compare, but Samir was a Mr. Olympia and in the first half of the 80īs one of the best Bodybuilders on earth. If Ahmed Haidar competed in the 80īs  i guess his look would be a bit smaller and maybe 90 % percent of his best shape he reached in the late 90`s to early 2000īs.....


We never would know how a Sergio Oliva or Arnold with the help of today "medicine" would have looked ?
