Some states you do, some you don't. However, I'd imagine as steroids become the Evil drug of the day pins will get harder & harder to come by.

That works for me or a smaller pharmacy usually does it for me too.

I am surprised some states make it illegal to buy syringes. Thats like not selling an underaged kid a condom. Maybe everyone should just share their needles ::)
