Unfortunately, the Philly papers pointed out that S. Philly was less than 1/3 black...
It's actually North Philly he should have referenced.
But hey, what's another "senior moment".
Did we mentioned he mistakes sunni for shiite when talking about Al Quida yesterday? 6th gaffe with AQ in 2 weeks...
