I've heard reports that the girl that was assaulted has both hearing and vision loss.

As a father this really pisses me off.  >:(

I hope justice is served and that all the punks involved do serious time in prison.

When being assaulted by a group of 3 or more, the rule is simple: grab one of them and beat/choke the shit out of her or twist a joint until the rest back off.

They will be tried as adults is what I saw on CNN earlier. A combination of Myspace, Youtube, no consequences for your actions and the "hip hop lifestyle" has made kids today absolutely horrible, not all, but alot.

Its a host of things, as mentioned above, plus the breakdown in the family unit.  If these kids had involved parents who disciplined them (and had the backing of other friends, parents, & family members), the majority of these kids would never get this bad because they'd be disciplined like they should at home.

Pathetic, they should prosecute these individuals to the fullest extent of the law and stop glorifying the behavior by showing the clip all over the news.
