good shit. pretty cool to see ed o neil when youre used to see him in married with children, starting as late as in his mid 40s with bjj and now over 60!

I think he was a brown belt for like eight years before they awarded him his black belt.

Not to mention, at Polk High School, he scored FOUR touchdowns in ONE game.

he is right about how amateurish the striking is.  I cant count on both hands the number of fighters that punch wildly with their heads down.
