The contents of Victor's DVD can be found here:

There are three discs to Bob's "World Class Physique" series and each one comes free with orders over $99 on BB.com (one disc per $99):

Not sure when the DVD was filmed, but Bob was very conditioned in it, I think it was likely filmed just after his last contest in 2006:

Victor's disc comes free with two pounds of Probolic-SR protein powder from MHP for $24.99:

My review of Probolic-SR:

I think the free DVDs from BB.com will help them secure their position as the #1 supplement retailer online. I don't imagine that DPS Nutrition or Apollo Fulfillment does more sales than BB.com, although I don't have access to the data. BB.com is projecting 124 million in sales this year.

Bob looks great - reminds me of an ox.

I would imagine this was filmed after a contest, as he looked close to contest condition, but his WAR OF THE WORLDS DVD was his contest training DVD.

Is that the clip where Chic flat benches 585 for reps?

;D
It's all instructional, so relatively light weights are used, and to Bob's credit he does everything with perfect form and offers great tips along the way.
This is a fantastic DVD for beginners and even for intermediate and advanced trainees who wish to improve their form. I definitely learned a little from it, as Bob is a very good instructor. He was in very good condition in the DVD, so overall, I am impressed.

When I saw Bob in the gym, he was spitting, throwing barbells, and doing singles with 800 on the squat rack with 3 spotters. "It's not how you move it, it's just how much @#$*& weight you move!" is what his fat douchebag training partner from NJ shouted. I was impressed.

You are correct Matt...the DVD series was filmed 2 weeks after the MWC .
I appreciate the review, I do have to say...I've never seen reviews done with such attention to detail. Very insightful...
Thanks for the thumbs up, I tried to explain as good as I could and let everyone in on some of the "secrets" I've come up with over the years.

Thanks Bob. I used to write extensive DVD reviews quite frequently, although I do not anymore because the market is dead so there really is no point. But I will review all of the DVDs that BB.com comes out with because I am kicking my partnership with them up a notch and working with Will more than I ever have before. I will review a few other DVDs (Raising the Bar 2 for example), but mostly just review BB.com's titles. I think it's great that they give away the discs as free gifts with purchases over $99. BB.com has always had a fantastic business model.
In 2003 the website was earning 12 million dollars and all profits went back into the company. This year they are projecting sales of over 120 million dollars and of course, turning over a profit these days. BB.com is the megalodon of bodybuilding.
