am i rewarded for being such a nice guy and spilling out my heart and soul on here on a daily basis to further motivate you to be a better person and treat the world better? when i have nothing to gain but your cooperation to do good?
think about that for a second many do not post pics even with blurring out there face because they know they have not riddled off the karma demons. face it if you were shredded youd be owning the board with your physique, and not by using recycled putdowns like every other negetive less than immortal dreams of many. may you find the powers to do good for not just thyself but all, you will look better , owning becomes easier because you know the truth and the great physique to prove you are the superior man, then you get past the feelings of needing to 'own people on the internet' then you simply want to enlighten all those in a permenant state of bliss if you hold onto it

He's just become a full-blown crackpot IMO. He looks way worse than he did 2 years ago, at which time he looked great. If someone points out that he is nothing more than an attention whore who looks skinny with zero taper, he'll say they are hating on him, even though he doesn't hesitate to call them fat or whatever (isn't that 'hating'? ::))
DW, I know you think you are wise and what not, but the real smart people are out there, making things that work and improve life - like mobile phones and computers. And if you spoke to a real scientist or a tech person, you'll understand what being intelligent really means. whatver you are doing it is not bodybuilding. maybe you work out/go to the gym but you are not a bodybuilder at all. you need to train with some heavy weight and eat some calories.
