i admit it, i have an NO supp addiction. :( i used NO Xplode for a while, now it's White Flood and i even bought some of muscletech's NANO Vapor in a moment of weakness.
now the directions for Results says to take it an hour before the workout, does that mean i should avoid the NO or take a smaller dose or something? i'm more than happy to crank back my number of supps i own, but at the same time i love the NO buzz.
what say ye?

Do this, take your RESULTS in the morning with breakfast and then use the NO product prior to training. Timing is much less important with RESULTS than is its daily use.

ah, cool. wish i'd read this post earlier, i just took the results.
by the way, this shit's pretty nice, and i'm only a few days deep. it tastes good, and i was pretty amped to lift yesterday despite not having the NO and running on almost no sleep.

dude...i'd seriously suggest looking into taking ETS while on your results to boost up that recovery. I'm LOVING ets! I walk around wiht pills in my pocket when i go out just to make sure I have it on hand when i'm ready to ake it and don't forget HAHAHA
chris's advice is right on...just take your results in the am and pump in that NO product when you workout.
told you you'd love that shit man..and the recovery you'll start noticing with results along with your gym intensity is going to blow your mind.
