So what if it's three years old.
That's still the body of the skinny geek you were for 95% of your life up until now and the better part of your teenage years.
These years are fundamental to personal development, the building of identity, self esteem, social skills, sense of pride etc leaving you scarred for life.
No amount of weightlifting, steroids, success, money or whatever will ever heal those wounds.
The skinny bullied nerd inside you will never go away.
