Just need a bit of advice. Is this enough depth whilst squatting. It feels like as low as I can go. It's 484 lbs (220 kgs), I'm 23, natural and weigh 100 KG.
Thanks in advance - Rory

Fixed. Ha ha @ fail.

yes that's good depth, looks to be right at parallel.
-
Your ass should touch the floor or you're not squatting.
-
a much more important question is - how much do you lift on leg extensions?

Would it pass at a PL comp?

u built like bluto or more like olive oil?

It looks high to me. If you were at parallel your legs would also be parallel with the support bars, but they're clearly at an angle.

Looks like you're just not breaking parallel but still good work dude

No...close but not a pass.

Cheers for the replies lads. Some were very useful. I'll be sure to make amends next workout.

for a full squat, the posterior part of the thigh should clear the top of the knee
-
looks good to me...keep up the good work 8)

meh who cares, some people don't have the same flexibility as others, i can barely reach that point without some serious pain in my lower back

Yeah personally my body just doesnt bend that way. So i slap 10lb plates under my ankles and i can go as low as i need.

Then you need to fix your form. If you can't hit ass to ankles without hurting your back, you need some work. Widen your stance or change where you put the bar or something.

That's what I was thinking.
Still, good effort. There are literally maybe a dozen people who "squat" at my gym. And maybe half of those actually do it right (depth wise).
Props!

if not ass to calves then its not a squat

They are 45 lbs plates . . . rubber coated probally 35's

thats not always the answer, its about flexibility, mainly in the hips and i just don't have it, so im not going to 'push it' with 200+ lbs on my back

They are colour coded plates, 45lbs is blue.

Hard to judge from the pic, but you look just above parallel...a slightly wider stance might get you deeper.
Damn good lift any way you look at it.
