Title: cutting cycle

I am 23 and 230 pounds at 6'0. My bodyfat is probably at least 20%. My goal is to get it down to the single digits. I already have a contest diet that i am using and am going to be doing 60 mins of a cardio a day. I have only done one cycle before and that was 2 years ago, just 500mg a week of test E for 10 weeks and post cycle recovery

What would be the best cycle to use to keep the muscle and burn the fat?

I would honestly just do a 6 week cycle of anavar only at 50mg daily. maybe throw in some winstrol 50-75mg EOD as well. all lean muscle baby!

IGF-LR3 ............

are probably the two best for fat loss....plus can add lean keepable muscle.

how about

500mg test e ew, 200 mg tren ew, 50 mg winny ed (4 weeks on 4 weeks off 4 weeks on..ect), 1 mg arimidex ed, 100 mcg t3, 150 mcg clen, 4 iu hgh ed

 or you could just run  500mg test ew, 1 mg arimidex ed and let your diet and cardio remove the body fat.

please do not listen to this this is assinide advice from an ameteur
 or you could just run  500mg test ew, 1 mg arimidex ed and let your diet and cardio remove the body fat.

Carb deplete for 7 days, then 50 garms of carbs a day, breakfest and lunch. Breakfest should be a small bowel of Oatmeal (the real shit, no sugar), and a hand full brown rice or a 1/1 of a sweet patato or a 1/2 yam for lunch. Cut calorie intake to about 1000 cal. a day. Eat 6 to 8 meal a day. Simple carbs at dinner like in veges. In a month you should drop at least 10 to 15 lbs. maybe more.

There you have it.

Just make sure to stay away from vegies, they have "simple carbs" in them  :-\
