sounds like he is probably advocating protein only post workout nutrition as a way to capitilize on fat burning
but thats just by readin the title
(id like to see how close i am on that guess... it'd be pretty cool if i was close ;D)

No sorry. It's primarily a "training" book, not a "nutrition" book. I've heard it's similar to "Turbulence Training" by Craig Ballantyne - which I'm a huge fan of.
