Hey all,
Whenever I'm on a cycle, I get the most unbelievable cramps imaginable. My quads cramp up after leg days, my hams cramp up pretty much whenever they feel like it, and i get these other cramps that like start in my abs and go all the way through my ribs n up to my neck, lemme tell you i look like a real retard stretchin that one out!
Does anyone have any advice on this by any chance? Its actually starting to affect some of my lifts...i had to stop doing a set of seated cable rows cuz my friggin torso was cramping, kinda fucked eh
Any help is appreciated

How much water are you drinking? I drink 1-2 gallons a day depending on how I'm feeling but water consumption will definitely be a factor in cramping. Do some stretching of the muscle groups before hand to loosen things up as well.

yeah i drink a fuckton of water. At the gym I probably fill my 1.5 litre water bottle up twice. And throughout the day I'm constantly drinking...and pissing ahah. I do stretch, it doesnt seem to help.
I was also readin that potassium, calcium, magnesium, and vitamin e i think all help with muscle cramps so i tried takin all that bullsiht...doesnt reallly help though.

Don't forget salt. Something to consider if your sodium intake is low.

Try drinking tonic water. Haven't tried it myself but have heard it helps. It's due to the quinine content.
