im getting ready for war within the hour!
semper fi!
straight bar curls
overhead extensions
hammer curls
dips
dumbbell curls
rope pushdowns
forearm curls
reverse curls
after that im heading for mcdonalds
and at home i will cool down with a couple of beers and heartbreak ridge with clint eastwood on the 100"
