Thought the movie would be better...but he looks damned impressive doing the chins..probably 5-6% bf....poor form though...don't even think he is doing half reps.

I watched it last night, thought it would be much better. He was pretty shredded indeed.

Will Smith was ripped in that movie and I believe he was natural too. The movie itself was quite different from the novel, but I still enjoyed it. It was a bit sad, but still good.
Will Smith is a great actor!

Just as an FYI, for that scene in I Am Legend, they had Will tied to ropes and were suspending him there without any of his own effort. Just in case anyone was thinking he was actually doing those.
