picture this:
Ronnie at his all time best.
you could either look like him but have your current strength.
or
you could lift like him, the same poundages he throws around in the gym, but have your current look.
which would you pick?
-
If it's the 98 version, I'd like to look like that. Never the later versions.
-
def look like him...i have monstorous lifts in the gym as is, so looking like him would be the icing on the cake
-
Lift like him. The older I get, the less I care about try to be huge, but the quest for strength is still there.
-
i'd take both and i'm not ashamed to admit it, the power and feeling of looking like Ronnie in his prime just for a day would be unreal.
-
the look no doubt!!!

No, I wouldn't like that constant pain.
-
absolutely the strength, imagine squatting 800 lbs+, benching in the 500's and deadlifting 900 pounds at 170-180 bodyweight 8)
-
Lift. Much as I like seeing the freaks on stage, I'd never want to actually have to live with that much bulk on my frame. I like being able to wipe my ass without help, thanks.

possibly the dumbest question ever.... no one gives a shit who can lift what, maybe if you are in a high school gym, etc.
-
I would go with the strength.
-
both ;D

Amen.

Look like him.
The only people who see you lift are the few who are in the gym when you are. Everyone sees you if you look like Ronnie walking down the street.
-
I'd rather look like Ronnie (well have his dimensions). I have no need to tear my joints up anymore. Heavy lifting takes it's toll on anyone, even Ronnie.

Having Ronnie's build without the heavy lifting = the health look redefined! ;)

Exactly, the question didn't say both. So I went with the reason ppl lift. To get big. Heavy lifting when you should be maintaining is an ego thing. His tricep and lat have yet to recover.

His lift.. My body is more aesthetic than Ronnie in any given years...
That's right.. Am a BEAST :o :o
